It was a light week for new listings, and a great week for homes that were sold. You’ll see why below:

New Listings:

  • 275 Coronado Ave: 5BR/3BA, listed at $1,848,000 by Joan Wachter of Coldwell Banker. It’s a big 3000+ sq ft. home up in the hills. Here’s a picture:

Home Sales:

  • Yes, all is well in San Carlos real estate, thank you. Three homes closed escrow this week — two sold over asking price, and the average Days on the Market (DOM) for all three was …. 10 days.
