New listings once again outnumbered closed escrows this week. The inventory of single family homes for sale is now sitting at 60 — and to think, just a couple of months ago we almost dipped below 30. Actually, this is normal activity for this time of year as sellers push to get their homes on the market before the summer “slow season” sets in.
