We had another Freaky Friday this week. New listings outpaced home sales by about a 3:1 ratio this week, pushing the inventory back up to 63. Over half of these listings hit the market in a flurry of activity on Friday, which will give open house shoppers lots of unexpected options this weekend.
Note that even though there were only 4 transactions that closed escrow this past week, not one went over the original list price. This continues a trend that I noted in the May Sales Summary below.
