What Sold, and What’s New in San Carlos — Week of 6/8/08

It was a good week for the home inventory in San Carlos (that is, if you’re a buyer!) New homes hit the market at twice the rate of sales, thus pushing the inventory back up to 61 active single-family residence listings as of this morning. There are some great new listings to see too, although not one of them is in White Oaks.
