The San Carlos Week In Review — 7/27/08

It was another week where sales out paced new listings in San Carlos.  It was only a month or so ago that we peaked at 72 active listings, and now we’re below 50.  This makes it challenging for buyers, and a golden opportunity for sellers…that is, if they decide to step to the plate.  Many are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the economy to improve.
