After several weeks of mostly new listings being sold, it’s nice to see some of the older listings finally getting into contract and closing escrow. As we discussed last week, it’s vital in this market for ALL of the inventory to turn, not just a few of the new listings. Inventory this past week dipped as low as 47 active listings, but it ended up back at 51. Better, but still very low.
