Interest Rates Due to Creep Upwards

Both buyers and owners in San Carlos have been enjoying historically low interest rates over the past few quarters, and low rates and availability of funds have done more to keep the San Carlos real estate market thriving than any other influence.  But some of the forces in play that have kept rates so low are about to change –  and virtually all of the experts in the mortgage industry feel that this will result in a rise in interest rates.  In this BlogCast, I’ll elaborate more on what changes are in store for the lending market going forward.   Just click on the play button below to hear more…
