Inventory Analysis.

There must be something to this fall kick-off stuff that I talked about earlier this week, because the listings floodgates opened this week  – at least by San Carlos standards.  12 homes listed this week, and two of those dozen have already been snapped up.  There are a couple of incredibly under-priced homes in that list that will surely disappear in a few days too.  But sellers clearly got the quick jump on the fall market with so many listings in one week.  Now, let's see how the buyers respond…
