For the second consecutive week, there was a strong surge of new listings in the San Carlos market. For a short time, this pushed the inventory up to 70 homes for sale, which is a watermark that we haven’t seen in awhile. Great news for buyers, not so good for sellers. But the good news is that buyers are still out in force, and are chipping away at the inventory. 6 homes went into contract during the week — 2 of them were gone the same day they hit the market (hey, it’s San Carlos after all.)
And it still seems like everyone is still looking for a clean 3BR/2BA in the flats. Some things you can just count on!
