Inventory Analysis.

One difference that is apparent between this year's fall real estate market and the spring market is that buyers seem to be much more deliberate now with their decision to buy.   This is actually a good thing.  Open houses are generally well attended and buyers are still seriously looking, but from what I've seen with my listings, and from other listing agents I spoke with, it's very apparent that buyers are circling a bit more and waiting.  Perhaps for more homes to come on the market, or for rates to drop?

If you're a seller in this market, there's no reason to panic.  This behavior actually reflects a healthy, balanced market.  But it may take a bit more patience and flexibility than perhaps we've all been accustomed to in the past year before your home sells.
