Inventory Analysis.

Buyers are definitely taking their time as they sort through the available inventory of homes in San Carlos.   Only two homes went into contract this past week.  One big reason is the lack of new homes to choose from.  Even though there are 3 new listings to go through at today's open house tour, two of them hit the market only last night.  It will be interesting to see how these three fare in the upcoming week.
