The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 11/27/10

Inventory Analysis.

Activity was a little lighter due to the holiday schedule.   Still, 4 homes went into contract during the abbreviated week which pulled the inventory of active homes all the way down to 54 homes.   And this number will likely continue to drop a little bit more as move through December, since fewer sellers will put their home on the market for the first time in December.  With interest rates starting to wiggle upwards last week,  serious buyers will remain busy through the holidays.
