Summary.
New listings took a little bit of a breather this past week, with only 3 new ones to choose from in all of San Carlos. But that lull didn't seem to deter buyers , as 11 homes were snapped up during the course of the week. And with steady traffic being reported at the open houses, it seems like there are still quite a few buyers who still haven't found their San Carlos home just yet. This steady demand should keep the market humming along through the remainder of the spring market in San Carlos.
