There was a surprisingly strong surge of new listings this week, particularly toward the latter half. 11 new issues pushed the inventory count of home for sale back above the 60-mark again, which is always good news for buyers. And there were quite a few closed escrows, which is to be expected after such a strong April and May. The persistence award for this week goes to two listings: 700 Knoll Drive (215 days), and 152 Plymouth Avenue (350 days). This once again proves that everything will sell… in due time.
