There were a several key indicators from this past week’s data that show that the San Carlos market continues to sizzle as we head into summer. First, looking at this week’s pending sales, half of the eight homes that went into contract were on the market for only 2 weeks or less. Second, 2/3 of the homes that closed escrow during the week sold at (or above) list price. And finally, all of the homes that sold this past week were on the market for an average of only 12 days. Yes, the San Carlos real estate market continues to sizzle.
