San Carlos Real Estate Summary.
You know it's getting to be fall in San Carlos when there's only 2 new homes to hit the market in a given week. That was the case this past week, and you can expect to see that trend of just a few listings here and there until the middle of January when the new year's market starts to get traction . It doesn't mean that buyers are not out looking; there were 5 homes that were snapped up this week, so prospective home buyers are still taking a serious look at what's left of the inventory.
