San Carlos Real Estate Summary.
Just when we thought we might be seeing a hint of a fall slow down in the San Carlos real estate market, the buyers lit up the scoreboard once again with a very robust week. 8 homes went pending during the week, including a couple of old-timers (by San Carlos standards) that had been on the market for over 100 and 200 days, respectively. This burst of buying drove the inventory of available homes down to as low as 21 at one point during the week. It is still sitting at a lean 23 at the time of this post.
Sales prices remained very strong too, posting an average of 105% of the list price for closed sales this week.
