San Carlos Real Estate Summary.

It was a pretty reasonable week in the world of San Carlos real estate, especially considering the season of the year and the time change.  Now that it's completely dark by 5:30 in the evening, it's very difficult to for most home buyers to view homes during the week unless they are able to sneak out during the day.  This, combined with the fact that Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away, will probably put a little damper on the market over the next few weeks.  But determined buyers will stay the course and will hopefully be rewarded for their perseverance, just as three other sets of buyers did this past week.
