The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 10/3/2016.

As hard is it may be to believe, 2016 is now 3/4 of the way over and we are heading into the what is traditionally the slowest quarter of the year. While October will remain busy, you will see the level of activity drop significantly in November, and then even more in December. That’s why it’s critical if you plan to get your house sold before the end of the year, that you get it listed in the next two weeks. You simply don’t want to tempt fate by listing your home when daylight hours are short, and the weather is speculative at best.

Stay tuned to the blog this week, as we will look at the statistics for the first three quarters of the San Carlos real estate market, and compare that to the same period over the past 5 years.  Are prices rising, or leveling off? What about inventory?  All of those questions will be addressed later this week.
