The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 12/12/2016.

The inventory for single family homes in San Carlos ended the week right where it started — at six homes for sale in the entire city. But that’s not before it dropped all the way down to three at mid-week. Even though that lasted for only for a couple of days, that was very likely the lowest inventory level that we’ve seen in San Carlos for the better part of a decade.

The situation for condos is pretty much identical – three condos are for sale in San Carlos right now. So there’s not a lot to choose from if you’re a buyer, and a tremendous opportunity for sellers to capitalize on a market where there is virtually no competition, if you can stomach the idea of listing your home over the holidays.
