We are entering the final two weeks of 2016, and it's essentially clearance time for whatever inventory is left on the market.  This week there are only three homes to choose from in all of San Carlos, and two of them have been languishing on the market for a month or more. But worry not, San Carlos home buyers — by all indications, the Spring market is going to arrive early in 2017. January is shaping up to be very a strong month for new listings in San Carlos, and there are some interesting reasons behind why this is the case. We'll touch more on that in a post later this week.
