The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 5/8/2017.

The San Carlos real estate market absorbed another strong shot of listings this past week.  Just like two weeks ago, 11 new listings jumped into the fray which helped boost the inventory up to the high teens again. This gave buyers quite a bit more to look at over the weekend, and the open house attendances reflected the extra miles that home buyers had to cover to see everything. This week will tell us quite a bit about the appetite of the buyers — if the market quickly absorbs this new injection of inventory, it will be “business as usual” in the San Carlos real estate market. We are just a few weeks away from when buyers start to get distracted with other time commitments such as weddings, graduations, and vacations.
