We are at the mid-point of June, and the San Carlos real estate market continues to surge ahead with the same strength that has been powering the market all through the Spring season. More homes went into contract than there were new listings, so the inventory of homes for sale dropped down to 13 as of this morning.
This week should tell us quite a bit about the appetite for the higher end of the market, as 1420 Orange Avenue debuts as the highest list price ever for a house in White Oaks. It's a fabulous home if you have not seen it yet, as it's one of the very few homes in San Carlos with a fully functional basement among other spectacular features. Market watchers are very curious to see what this home will ultimately sell for.
