The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 6/19/2017.

Happy Father’s Day to all of the San Carlos dads!  The local real estate market completed another strong week, with home sale prices fetching an impressive 112% of the list price on average, and the average price of a home sold in San Carlos topped the $2,000,000 mark once again. The inventory of homes for sale remains relatively low in the mid-teens, and should not change appreciably in the coming weeks.  No matter how many homes seem to hit the market at one time, the same number get absorbed at the same time. This past week was no different, as the inventory only shifted by two homes after all of the dust settled.
