The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 6/26/2017.

Last week was a strong week for closings in the San Carlos real estate market.  There were 11 homes that closed escrow last week, which is disproportionately high from what we’ve been seeing for the past few months.  But what’s even more interesting is that full 1/3 of those closed listings sold for over $2,000,000 with one of them eclipsing the $3,000,000 mark. San Carlos is on pace to have over 85 homes sell this year for over $2M, compared to 69 in 2016.  The strength in homes sales prices is showing no signs of abating as we head into summer.

And speaking of summer, this week marks the end of the first half of 2017 — on Saturday, we kick off the second half. We will refresh some of the statistics from the first half of the year later this week on the blog.
