The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 8/7/2017.

August is here, and you can start to feel the pace of the real estate market picking up again after the short summer break.  Six new listings are testing the late summer/early fall market this week, trusting that most home buyers are back in town and ready to jump start the market.

Several of the homes that had been on the market for a number of weeks were also put into contract last , showing that buyers can indeed be rewarded this time of year if they are willing to be a little patient.
