The real estate market activity backed off just a tad last week in San Carlos.  Only three new listings hit the market, and the same number went into contract.  This is not entirely surprising considering it was the last week that most of the public schools were out on summer break, and many people were dashing out of town to get that last week of vacation in.  The market should start to steadily gain some steam over the next two weeks leading up to Labor Day now that buyers are back in town and on task to find their new home.
