The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 10/9/2017.

Home buyers kept up the strong activity last week in the San Carlos real estate market. Nine single-family homes were put into contract, which easily exceeded the three new listings that hit the market during the same period. The net result was that the inventory of homes for sale dropped for the second straight week, and is now sitting at 14 homes for sale in the entire city. Several of these 14 existing listings should be going into contract this week, too. So unless there is another surge in new listings this coming week, our inventory is likely going to drop even further.
That period of time where we were had 20+ listings on the market was very short-lived.
