The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 1/15/2018.

If the open house attendance this past weekend was any indication, home buyers do not appear to be at all concerned about the ramifications of the new tax law that was put into effect this year.  The open houses that I attended yesterday were absolutely packed with eager buyers, and from what I am hearing, aggressive pre-emptive offers are still fairly commonplace as we enter the new year.

Inventory remains extremely low, with only 6 homes to choose from in San Carlos going into this week.  But there are certainly some additional listings that will be hitting the market in January, so stay tuned. With weather conditions remaining favorable, as they did in December, look for a robust start to the year in San Carlos.
