The Realtor Zones.

When it comes to residential real estate, the City of San Carlos is divided up into 6 different real estate “zones”: Alder Manor (Area 350), Beverly Terrace (351), El Sereno Corte (352), Howard Park (353), Clearfield Park (354), and Cordes (355). When a home is for sale on the multiple listing service (MLS) it will reside in one of these 6 zones.  That makes it easier to compare the prices of other nearby homes, and also separates comparative data-points from homes that are far across town.

Below is an approximate map of the 6 different real estate zones in San Carlos.  Just click on one of the colors to see which area it is.   If you’d like to zoom in on any of these zones, simply move your cursor over the button at the top of the blog titled “San Carlos Maps” — a pull-down menu will appear with the 6 different zones.  Just click on one and dive in!
