Beverly Terrace

Beverly Terrace is one of the regions of San Carlos that extends westward from the Alameda. It is characterized by primarily hilly terrain, but the homes are generally a bit newer and larger than in the older homes in the flatland area. Beverly Terrace is also one of the few regions of San Carlos (along with Cordes) that crosses into the border of Carlmont High School. Here’s a map of the Beverly Terrace Region:
