The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 04/28/25

The Recap:
Although only two homes changed hands in what was a light activity week in San Carlos, the upward trend in pricing that we have been seeing continued with those two sales. Each of these deals landed multiple 6-figure premiums above their asking price, which has been consistent with contracts that were forged in March and early April.
But as I was mining through data last week on what we may expect when we close the books on April this week, I found an alarming stat that tells me that the nice bounce we experienced in March might be short-lived. Tune in to the blog later this week, where I will elaborate more on this one particularly important trend.
