Activity picked up nicely this week in the world of San Carlos real estate. Buying activity is brisk, as more homes went “pending sale” than there were new listings to hit the market. I’m hearing that multiple offers are still common, even on some of the homes priced over $1M. That’s a good sign of consumer confidence….or is it just buyers getting fed up with the lack of quality inventory?
