What Sold, and What’s New in San Carlos — Week of 6/22/08

It stands to reason that all of those new listings that hit the market last month would be closing escrow at some point — It just seems like they all did at one time!  15 homes closed escrow this week, which is easily the highest number in any week so far this year.   Two of my favorites that I was watching very closely were 909 Elm Street and 61 Wessex Way.
