The rate of home sales in San Carlos isn't exactly setting the world on fire.  There was only one home sale this past week, and we're still well behind last year's sales pace.   However, there are signs of encouragement as homes that are prepared well and priced right (like 2753 Bromley) are selling relatively quickly– 19 days is pretty fast in this market.
