San Carlos Inventory Analysis

The number of active listings inched up over 60 for the first time in a number of weeks, reflecting the normal summer slow-down in the market.   This was helped by the fact that there was only one home to go pending the entire week (see the Pending Sale section below.)    For those looking in the sub-$1M range, five of the six new listings this week are in this category, so you'll have some new inventory to check out.
