The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 9/12/09

A flurry of new listings hit the market this week in San Carlos — especially toward the end of the week.   This surge pushed the inventory of available homes above the 60 mark for the first time in a few weeks.    This is good for buyers, since we were badly in need of some new inventory.  There certainly seems to be no shortage of buyers — they're just looking for the right place to buy.  But keep an eye on the 9 new listings below to see if any of these get sold this week.  That will give you a good idea where this market is really at.
