The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 10/3/09

The sub $1M price range continues to dominate sales in San Carlos.  All but one of the homes that sold this week were below this mark.   You can credit the $729,950 conforming loan limit for fueling sales in this range (stay tuned for another post about this coming up.)
