The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 11/7/09

Inventory of single family homes in San Carlos oscillated around the 50 mark all week.  It went as low as 47 early in the week, and as high as 51.  But homes are going into contract at about the same rate as new ones are coming on the market, so it's a very challenging environment for buyers right now, and it will remain that way until the inventory gets a bit bigger.
