Inventory Analysis
Finally, a significant surge in inventory — and what do you know….it's the week after the Super Bowl! This week's surge was the biggest one-week increase that we have seen in new listings for months, and it didn't take very long for some of these to sell. This is great news for buyers, but multiple offers are still happening, and prices are being driven over list price . This is a strong indication that there's still no balance in this market.
