Inventory Analysis

Whether it was because it's spring break week, or the market just needed to take a breather, the pace of new listings (and general activity) slowed a bit this week.  Inventory remained constant at 42 homes for sale, and there were only 4 new listings this entire week.   You'll probably see that inventory number drop back into the high-30's temporarily since there are several homes on the active list that will very likely be in contract in the next day or so.
