Inventory Analysis
Now, that's more like it. A very strong surge of 11 new listings this week has pushed the inventory up to 50 homes for sale, a level that hasn't been seen for months. It's interesting to note that over half of the new listings are over $1M, and there's at least one more White Oaks home that will be on the market soon that will be on north side of $1.5M. This is good news for buyers in all price ranges, and should help balance out this multiple offer craze.
