Inventory Analysis

Now, this feels a bit more like a normal August.  Only a handful of new listings hit the market, and activity was more relaxed than it has been in the past few months.   This is to be expected, as many people are out of town squeezing in that last vacation since school is slated to start back up in less than 2 weeks.  Look for activity to pick up again after Labor Day weekend, which marks the beginning of the fall real estate push.
