Inventory Analysis.

There's a bit of a format change in this week's report.  I began to notice that after weeks where there was lots of sales and pending activity, this post got quite loooooong and somewhat difficult to read.  So I spent some time tinkering with the format this week with the intent of making it a bit more brief and concise.  Let me know what you think of the new look.   On that note, if there's anything you would like to see added/deleted/changed in this report, just email me and let me know.    This is far and away the most read post on the site each week, so it's your report — just let me know how you want it 😉

On the inventory front, much of the same.   Homes in the lower price ranges are still getting snapped up at a brisk pace.  Half of the homes that went into contract this past week were below the $800,000 price point, and they all were gone in about 2 weeks or less.   There's still strong competition in this segment of the San Carlos market.
