Inventory Analysis.

Activity picked up a bit this past week with a healthy number of homes going into contract.  There was a pretty interesting spread in the days on market for the homes that went pending — one sold in a single day (off market, basically) and at the other extreme it took 241 days to get one into contract.   New inventory continues to come onto the market, which is great news for buyers.   Should make for another interesting week in San Carlos
