Inventory Analysis.

If you were to only look at the table directly below, you'd swear it was another very quiet week for real estate transactions in San Carlos.  After all, the numbers and ratios hardly changed from the previous week.  But this is a perfect example of how one set of numbers can tell a completely different story from another,  because it was busy this past week — at least by San Carlos standards:  11 new listings, and 8 homes went into contract.   It definitely feels like the push is on to get inventory moving before the holidays, and getting a surge of new inventory is great news for buyers.
