Inventory Analysis.

The theme this week was that there was another good, solid push of new listings.   This is especially noteworthy after the flood of new listings the week before, and the fact that we're knee-deep in November now.   Inventory is back up to 67, and there has been enough churn in the inventory that it will give buyers in all price ranges some new things to look at.   If these past two weeks are any indications, it seems as if activity will remain brisk right up to Thanksgiving… and perhaps beyond?   I guess we'll have to wait to see.
