The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 11/13/10

Inventory Analysis.

The buyers in San Carlos really stepped up the pace this week, snapping up eight homes since Sunday.   And with only three new listings on the market, that disparity dropped the inventory nearly 10%, down to 61 homes for sale.  Two of those eight were gone within the first week — so buyers are still out there, and they're moving decisively…when they find what they want.  That should be encouraging news for sellers as we inch closer to the holidays.
