The San Carlos Real Estate Week in Review: 12/4/10

Summary.

The “5's” have it this week:   5 new listings, and 5 homes went into contract.   So it's no surprise that the inventory stayed steady right at 54 active listings.  Still, not bad considering we're squarely in December now.   Buyers are still out in good numbers looking to lock in a home before rates start to creep upward.

I'm adding a new feature to the report this week:  The San Carlos Market Report.   It's a concise, single-page report that's compiled each week for APR by Altos Research.  If you're familiar with their style of report, you know their very numbers-driven.   Each week's report will be available for download in the next section.  I hope you find the information useful.
