Summary.

The San Carlos real estate market remained red-hot this past week, as the buying spree continued.  11 homes were snatched off the market in just a week — and with only 7 new listings to replenish the supply, the inventory once again dropped below 50 down to 48.     The surge in buying that we have witnessed the past few weeks has pushed the number of pending sale (42) to be almost as high as the number of homes for sale (48)!  That's the sign of a sustained hot market.
